LEADERS
NXT Gen leaders are the real heroes of Valley Assembly's student ministries! They play a huge role in influencing and discipling our students. Each leader passes a national background check and is interviewed before joining our leadership team. Leaders connect with, encourage, and pray for NXT Gen students each week during large group gatherings and small groups.
